Availability & Booking – 2025

We are delighted to have re-opened in Spring 2023 after a frustrating few years of pandemic closure and what a fantastic year it was! In fact so was 2024! We are now booking 2025, and although some key dates are booked there are many good options left. Exciting times and lots of new adventures planned. Provisional bookings are welcome, see below. Availability & Booking – Club Trips

These clubs are the easiest to schedule. Please get in touch with your prefered dates and if they are available we will happily pencil them into the diary while you finalise details with your club. We can provide a provisional booking statement detailing the costs, what’s included, deposit due dates and T&C’s. If another club enquires while your provisional booking is in the diary, we will contact you for a trip booking progress update. So; there is no need to delay, get in touch and make your provisional booking today.

Availability & Booking – Join an Expedition

These trips are slightly harder to plan but are definitely worth every bit of effort. It requires a little bit more patience while we collaborate on viable dates.  Currently proposed or confirmed trips with spaces are available HERE and on Facebook. Terms & Conditions

Club trip, provisional bookings can be taken while you coordinate your clubs expedition numbers. This will be for an agreed period, normally around 14 days. In the interim if another club requests to book those same dates, we will get in touch with you.

A 25% deposit is required to confirm your provisional booking.

The full balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. The balance due may change if your group numbers change but this is fully detailed on your booking statement.
